Uplift!
Uplift is a PSA based project that highlights positive reinforcement teaching. Positive Reinforcement is a method of discipline in classrooms where educators reward good behavior instead of punishing bad behavior. This type of learning enables children to learn how to behave in a way that doesn't humiliate them and motivates them to do better. The idea of Uplift is to create a one-stop-shop for educational videos and resources so that teachers can implement this type of discipline into their classroom. All of Uplift's assets are playful and primary colored to appeal to students and teachers alike.
Video
This is an animation that talks about what positive reinforcement is through short animations. A PSA like this could be used on Uplifts social media or as targeted ads for teachers that could play before youtube videos or other types of social media.
Visual Language
Uplift uses primary colors to portray how simple it is to practice this type of discipline and if you start at a 'primary' level you can help children develop good behaviors for life

Uplift's website, as mentioned before, is meant to be a "one-stop- shop" for educational resources in regards to positive reinforcement discipline. Through the website educators can access the animated PSA's, printables, and other educational resources
Printable assets
A great way to reward students for good behavior is through coupons that they can 'cash in' for prizes such as 'extra recess' or a trip to the prize box. These are examples of printable coupons teachers could use to reward well-behaved students
Posters for ClassesIf an educator is looking for a class-wide approach to positive reinforcement Uplift provides classroom geared resources as well. This is an example of. a thermometer poster that rewards the entire class for overall good behavior through small rewards to work their way up to an even bigger reward
